Swimming Sports

“Clack” the clacks went. No more mucking around Tash, it’s all go!!!
“Splash!” I dive into the water.
“123” breath, “123” breath. I was trying to look around to see where I was coming but I couldn't. Suddenly, “bam!” I hit the edge of the pool.
“What did I come? What did I come?”
“I came... second!” I shouted trying to gasp my breath. “Wow!!!” I ran back to my seat trying to find my damp towel.

  1. Exciting writing, Natasha! I like how you share the determination in your thoughts. Is finding your damp towel a good way to end? What happened next? Who did you talk to? How did you feel?

    1. I think it is a good way to end because after that we just started to talk. I felt proud of my self because I did not do it last year because I was sick.I talked to Katrina, Lily and Olivia

I did take more towels but they were back in my school bag in my class. We had the swimming sports in our pool .It was very cold.

      Hi Emerson
My favourite part was of course the relay where we raced are house colours groups.I go to swimming lessons so that gives me a lot of practice.I would love to be your friend.Do you have house colour groups in your school?
